Investing in your home and shaping it to better fit your needs is becoming more and more popular as real-estate costs soar. Many contractors shy away from the more complex and tricky work of adapting existing structures, but I love crafting new houses out of old ones. I’ve done many remodels and embrace the challenge.

Small electrical projects like installing ceiling fans or light dimmers are no problem for me. I learned it all by doing it for my own household and family members.
